Blending heartfelt, soul-tinged lyrics with dance-infused pop, Erin Kirby creates music that explores the full intensity of human emotions. Kirby has been singing since before she could read, and her powerhouse vocals places her among the talents of Amy Winehouse, Adele, and Jessie J.
Kirby first got her start in music singing in beauty pageants, but her voice soon outgrew the pageant stage. By the time she was 13, Kirby was searching for lyrics that matched her singing talents; taking inspiration from musicians like Lewis Capaldi and James Bay, Kirby’s music soon took flight in the form of heartfelt, emotive ballads.
Once her songwriting matched her voice, Erin’s music was ready to win over listeners’ hearts. Kirby released a string of singles to rave reviews from publications across the country. All Access described Kirby as a powerful vocalist and balladess, and Sora Music called it “seismic” and “legendary.”
As Kirby’s music made the airwaves, her powerful vocals landed her on national stages. Kirby sang at Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ inauguration. She was recognized as a John Maxwell Rising Star and as Jezebel Magazine’s local singer/songwriter of the year. Shortly afterward flew out to California and competed in the American Idol making it to Top 60.
Despite her accolades, Kirby has one goal: to change the world through music. Kirby’s first music tour was spent promoting anti-bullying awareness, and she regularly performs at charity and cancer awareness events. Trusting in God’s plan, Kirby doesn’t know what her next move will be, but she knows she’ll make it.
When she isn’t golfing or hiking, Kirby is game planning her next big single. Though Kirby has international aspirations, her heart lies in Georgia, where she regularly sings at charity and cancer awareness events. Kirby currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her chickens Eloise, Lulu, Shirley, and Baby.
